MAKING A PURCHASE
Ordering from The Gun Room is really easy and straightforward.

Simply call 01752 893344. Please make sure you have a catalogue to hand to read out the items and their codes. You will also need your credit or debit card details to process the order. Always include your telephone number and email address in case of queries.
Orders received before midday will, wherever possible and subject to availability, be despatched the same day. Small items will be dispatched by First Class Recorded Post. Larger items will be dispatched by courier. Please allow up to five working days for delivery.
Next Day Delivery will be sent by courier service and will normally be delivered next day (not including Fridays or Saturdays). Please note goods paid for by cheque or similar will not be dispatched until cheque has been bank cleared. (Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will take longer). Orders for next day must be placed before midday to guarantee next day delivery.
TAX CHARGES AND CURRENCY
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), except books which are zero rated. VAT applies to all European Union (EU) countries and is currently set at 20% .We reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
VAT does not apply to countries outside of the EU and will be deducted from orders placed and delivered outside the EU. Any customs or import duties incurred on entering a country are the responsibility of the customer.
We have taken great care to ensure that all descriptions and specifications of our products are correct on our website. Whilst the colour reproduction of products on our website are close, slight variations may occur. Due to fluctuations beyond our control we reserve the right to alter prices or specifications without prior notice.
The Gun Room vouchers may be exchanged for goods, either by mail order or in store. The original voucher must be present for payment; photocopies will not be accepted. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. Vouchers may be used for goods of a higher value on payment of the difference. If goods are purchased to a lower value, the difference will be refunded by voucher.
We accept all major credit and debit card except American Express. The Gun Room will not take the funds until the items are ready to dispatch. For UK orders placed by post, you may also pay by cheque (please make payable to The Gun Room). Cheque orders are not processed until the cheque clears with the bank, this takes ten working days.
Some items we stock have age restriction. Knives can only be purchased with if the person is over the age of 18. We may ask for age verification before we can complete orders. Guns, cartridges and ammunition all require a valid licence, which we will ask to see at time of purchase and may require a copy for our records. Training guns can only be purchased if over the age of 18 and may only be used under direct adult supervision.
SALE & SPECIAL OFFERS
All special offers and sale items are subject to availability, on a first come first served basis. Please note we are unable to accept returned sale items because they are end of line products and therefore discounted heavily for this reason.
STOCK AVAILABILITY & BACK ORDERS
We strive to ensure that we always have adequate stock of all our items and that stock levels on our website are current. However sometimes stock will sell faster than anticipated and we will replenish stock as quickly as we can. In this instance we will hold your order back until all items are ready to dispatch unless you direct us otherwise; we will keep you informed throughout. We will not send an item you have not ordered as a replacement for one you have unless you instruct otherwise. The Gun Room accepts no liability from our inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments made to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or you wish to change it, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused items within 28 days or purchase.
Just follow these 3 easy steps:
- Simply call us on 01752 893344, between the office hours 9.00am – 5.30pm. Please be ready to quote your order reference or the postcode of the billing address.
- Using the same parcel that the goods arrived in, pack the item(s) to include all the original packaging and a copy of the invoice.
- Send the parcel back to us to the following address:

All goods are returned at your own risk and cost and we strongly recommend sending goods by a recorded delivery method.

- Goods damaged in your possession
- Additional postal services (e.g. Next day delivery) -Items which due to their use can come into direct contact with the body (e.g. whistles & calls, ear plugs, thermal wear, cleaning care equipment, socks)
Goods which are discounted in a sale or other form of promotion are non-refundable however goods which are discounted can be returned for an exchange within 7 days.
secondhand guns have a 3 month repair warranty against parts.
FAULTY or INCORRECT ITEM(s)
In the rare event of an item(s) being faulty or not what you ordered please contact us as soon as you receive the goods on 01752 893344 (during office hours of 9:00 – 5:30) and we will issue you with a returns number. Please then post the item(s) back to us, following the guidelines above.
We will refund the cost of the postage to the value of recorded delivery (we cannot refund additional postage charges above this) and we will organise the replacement or repair.
