Delivery Information
Standard UK Delivery
A delivery cost will be added to your order at checkout and is relevant for standard mainland UK delivery to England, (parts of) Scotland and Wales (excluding Channel Islands).
Standard parcel (Standard 3-5 working days delivery)- £4.95
Standard parcel (Standard 1-2 working days delivery) £6.95
Large parcel under 1.2m (Standard 3-5 working days delivery) - £9.95
Large Parcel over 1.2m (Standard 3-5 working days delivery) - £14.95
Free delivery on orders over £100, excluding guns.

The Gun Room’s intention is to deliver your ordered items to you in an approximate period due to many factors being beyond our immediate control. We always endeavour to ship your order within a reasonable period (of not more than 72 hours when the item is in stock) but could be longer as product availability can vary.
All goods will be sent to the address detailed by the purchaser at the time of purchase. For non-firearms items we will despatch for next working day delivery (Monday to Friday), however due to factors beyond our control, your ordered goods may not arrive the next working day. Our intention is to get your goods to you within 3-7 working days but some products have specific delivery requirements which may extend delivery timescales. For firearms-related items (including air rifles) no shipments will be sent on a Friday so as not to be held over the weekend at a distribution depot.
We can arrange for non-firearm items to be left unsigned for or with a neighbour, however, no firearms-related items will be shipped direct to an end user and will only be sent to a Registered Firearms Dealer. If any item is returned back to us for re-delivery then a further delivery charge (equal to the original amount plus any return costs) will be incurred by the purchaser.
Please note that your ordered items may be part-shipped to you as they become available to us.
Free UK Delivery
Where an item has ‘Free’ delivery it will only apply to the UK Mainland (Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands are not included). Certain larger &/or bulky items are also excluded from the northern territories of Scotland. Please see the relevant product listing for more information.
Direct Shipment from Manufacturers
To extradite quicker delivery, certain items can be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. If a direct shipment from the manufacturer forms part of a larger order then these items will arrive separately from the items shipped directly from the shop. If you need to return any ‘direct ship’ items please ship them back to The Gun Room & Country Clothing, Endsleigh, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9JL.
Special Orders
Where non-standard stock items have been specially ordered, specific delivery timescales will be relevant and will vary from the standard delivery timescales.
Pre-Orders
Where manufacturers have pre-released information about forthcoming product releases or have small irregular manufacturing runs we are able to ‘pre-order’ these items but often do not have specific delivery timescales. By purchasing these items you agree that our standard delivery timescales do not apply and that we will advise you as soon as your ordered items have come into stock. Please feel free to call us (01752 893344) at regular intervals for delivery updates. Please note that the manufacturer’s advised delivery dates often change and are beyond our control.
Click & Collect
To collect these pre-ordered items in-store please bring a copy of your online receipt with you along with further identification such as a Passport, Firearms or Shotgun certificate. If we have shipped a firearm (air rifle, shotgun, rifle or moderator) to a third party RFD (registered firearms dealer) an additional cost may be incurred by yourself (payable to the RFD). Call 01752 893344 (during office hours of 9:00 – 5:30 Mon-Sat, 10:00 - 4:00 Sun) and we will issue you with a returns number. Please then post the item(s) back to us, following the guidelines above. We will refund the cost of the postage to the value of the recorded delivery (we cannot refund additional postage charges above this) and we will organise the replacement or repair.
