Returns Information

Online Orders:If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or wish to change it, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused items within 28 days of purchase. This excludes sale/reduced items and Black Friday Offers, which must be returned within 14 days.

In-store Purchases: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or wish to change it, we will gladly exchange or credit any unused items within 28 days of purchase. This excludes sale/reduced items and Black Friday Offers, which must be returned within 14 days.

Christmas Returns

From the 1st of November, we’re extending our Exchange Policy. If you buy an item after the 1st of November 2023 and change your mind you can return these for exchange until the 6th of January 2024. This excludes sale/reduced items and Black Friday Offers.

Exchanges & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or wish to change it, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused items within 28 days of purchase. Just follow these 3 easy steps:

1) Package up the item(s) you wish to return, including the original product packaging, product labels and a copy of your original invoice.

2) Please include a note detailing whether you would like a refund or an exchange and the products you wish to order.

3) Send the parcel back to us at your own cost to the following address:

Please Note: All goods are returned at your own risk and cost and we strongly recommend sending goods by a recorded delivery method. Exchanged orders may incur an additional postage price.

If returning items outside the European Union, please ensure the parcel is clearly labelled “BRITISH RETURNED GOODS – RELIEF CLAIMED”.

Sale / Reduced Items

Goods can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days. Exchanged orders will incur an additional postage charge.

Additional postal services (e.g. Next day delivery)

Items which due to their use can come into direct contact with the body (e.g. whistles & calls, ear plugs, thermal wear, cleaning care equipment, socks)

Faulty Or Incorrect Item(s)

In the rare event of an item(s) being faulty or not what you ordered please contact us as soon as you receive the goods on 01752 893344 (during store hours of 9:00 – 5:30 Monday – Friday, Sundays 10:00 – 4:30 during the season). Please then post the item(s) back to us, following the guidelines above. We will refund the postage cost to the value of the recorded delivery (we cannot refund additional postage charges above this) and organise the replacement or repair.
