We have taken great care to ensure that all descriptions and specifications of our products are correct on our website. Whilst the colour reproduction of products on our website are close, slight variations may occur. Due to fluctuations beyond our control, we reserve the right to alter prices or specifications without prior notice.

GIFT VOUCHERS
The Gun Room vouchers may be exchanged for goods, either by mail order or in-store. The original voucher must be present for payment; photocopies will not be accepted. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. Vouchers may be used for goods of a higher value on payment of the difference. If goods are purchased at a lower value, the difference will be refunded by voucher.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. The Gun Room will not take the funds until the items are ready to dispatch. For UK orders placed by post, you may also pay by cheque (please make payable to The Gun Room). Cheque orders are not processed until the cheque clears with the bank, this takes ten working days.

RESTRICTIONS
Some items we stock have an age restriction. Knives can only be purchased if the person is over the age of 18. We may ask for age verification before we can complete orders. Guns, cartridges and ammunition all require a valid licence, which we will ask to see at the time of purchase and may require a copy for our records. Training guns can only be purchased if over the age of 18 and may only be used under direct adult supervision.

SALE & SPECIAL OFFERS
All special offers and sale items are subject to availability, on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note we are unable to accept returned sale items because they are end-of-line products and therefore discounted heavily for this reason.

STOCK AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS
We strive to ensure that we always have adequate stock of all our items and that stock levels on our website are current. However, sometimes our stock will sell faster than anticipated and we will replenish stock as quickly as we can. In this instance we will hold your order back until all items are ready to dispatch unless you direct us otherwise; we will keep you informed throughout. We will not send an item you have not ordered as a replacement for the one you have unless you instruct otherwise. The Gun Room accepts no liability for our inability to supply goods due to a lack of stock other than returning any payments made to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or you wish to change it, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused items within 28 days of purchase.
Just follow these 3 easy steps:

  • Simply call us on 01752 893344, between the office hours 9.00 am – 5.30 pm. Please be ready to quote your order reference or the postcode of the billing address.
  • Using the same parcel that the goods arrived in, pack the item(s) to include all the original packaging and a copy of the invoice.
  • Send the parcel back to us at the following address:

Please Note:
All goods are returned at your own risk and cost and we strongly recommend sending goods by a recorded delivery method.

  • Goods damaged in your possession
  • Additional postal services (e.g. Next day delivery) -Items which due to their use can come into direct contact with the body (e.g. whistles & calls, ear plugs, thermal wear, cleaning care equipment, socks)

SALE ITEMS
Goods which are discounted in a sale or other form of promotion are non-refundable however goods which are discounted can be returned for an exchange within 7 days.

Secondhand Guns

Secondhand guns have a 3-month repair warranty against parts.

FAULTY or INCORRECT ITEM(s)
In the rare event of an item(s) being faulty or not what you ordered please contact us as soon as you receive the goods on 01752 893344 (during office hours of 9:00 – 5:30) and we will issue you with a returns number. Please then post the item(s) back to us, following the guidelines above.

We will refund the cost of the postage to the value of the recorded delivery (we cannot refund additional postage charges above this) and we will organise the replacement or repair.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
At The Gun Room, we pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of customer service and product range, and we want you to be happy with your purchases and come back again in the future. With this high level of service complaints are extremely rare, however, should you be dissatisfied with anything we have done please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
